4. Payments and Subscriptions
Prospect CRM is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Pricing may change, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
After 30 days, all fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
6. Data and Privacy
Prospect CRM processes lead and customer data on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable privacy, telemarketing, and marketing laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

7. AI Automation and Communication Tools
Prospect CRM includes AI-powered automation, messaging, and lead engagement tools.
You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of messages sent through the platform.
You agree not to use automation features for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and materials related to Prospect CRM are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business operations.
9. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Zoom). We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, or outages. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, but payment obligations already incurred will remain in effect.
